ウェスト ケビン
Kevin West
牧師 - Pastor
2003年にアメリカ、アリゾナ州より来日。2007年に望と結婚し、二人の子供に恵まれる。2013年に名古屋のキリスト聖書神学校を卒業。2024年8月に埼玉に移住する前は、マスタードシードクリスチャン教会ー神戸（2016年～2024年）も含めて、さまざまな日本語やバイリンガル教会で牧師や宣教師として仕えてきた。ケビンと連絡が取れない時は、おそらく日本の数え切れないほどの美しい渓流のどこかで魚の裏をかきながら魚釣りを堪能していることでしょう。
Kevin moved from Arizona, USA to Japan in 2003, married Nozomi in 2007, and has two children. Kevin graduated with his M.Div. from Christ Bible Seminary in Nagoya, Japan (2013). Before moving to Saitama in August of 2024, he has served in various Japanese-language and bilingual churches, including Mustard Seed Christian Church – Kobe (2016 – 2024). If you can't get ahold of Kevin, he's probably up in the mountains trying to outsmart a fish in one of Japan's countless beautiful rivers.

Jon Patton

ジョンさんは、2015年に名古屋にあるインターナショナル学校で教えるために来日し、ブリーと出会い、2016年に結婚しました。しかし学校で教えている間に、日本にもっと多く教会が必要だと深く感じるようになりました。そのために、２０１８年にマスタードシード神戸のスタッフに加わり、神戸で働いている間二人の娘が与えられました。それから2024年8月に新しい開拓のために埼玉に引っ越しました。現在、アメリカのアリゾナ州にあるREDEMPTION神学校のオンラインコースで勉強中です。昔からの趣味はスター・ウォーズで、今は盆栽の手入れを学んでいます！
Jon moved to Nagoya in 2015 to teach at an international Christian school. There he met Brie and they got married in 2016. God grew the Pattons' desire to see more local churches planted in Japan. Jon joined the staff of Mustard Seed Christian Church - Kobe in 2018. Both of their daughters were born in Kobe. Jon and his family moved to Saitama in August 2024. Jon is currently studying online to receive a master's degree through Redemption Seminary (AZ, USA). He loves Star Wars and is learning to care for Japanese bonsai trees.
武川 仁哉
Shinya Bukawa

宮城県仙台市出身。クリスチャンホームで育ち、20歳の時に"Praise Station"（音楽やスポーツ、ボランティアなどの活動を行うクリスチャンの団体）の仲間たちに出会い、2007年にイエス様を信じる信仰に導かれた。2017年にキリスト聖書神学校を卒業。その後、愛知県にある岩倉キリスト教会で牧師として仕えてきた（2017-2024）。2024年4月に埼玉に引っ越し、2025年4月からマスタードシードさいたまのスタッフとして働く。妻と二人の子どもの4人家族。趣味はバイクツーリングや美味しいものを食べること。ツーリングする仲間をいつも探していて、ツーリング先では美味しい食べ物を探します。
Shinya is from Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture. He grew up in a Christian home and, at the age of 20, I met friends from "Praise Station" (a Christian organization involved in activities such as music, sports, and volunteering), which led me to faith in Jesus Christ in 2007. Shinya graduated with his M.Div. from Christ Bible Seminary in 2017. After that, he has served as a pastor at Iwakura Christian Church in Aichi (2017 to 2024). In April 2024, Shinya and his family moved to Saitama, and from April 2025, he joined a Mustard Seed Saitama. He has a family of four: his wife and two children. His hobbies include motorcycle touring and eating delicious food. Shinya is always looking for touring companions, and during his trips, he looks for tasty food.
田仲 丘
Takashi Tanaka

沖縄出身。2018年に埼玉の大宮駅付近のカフェで神様からの不思議な呼びかけを受けた後、京都のマスタードシード教会に導かれ、受洗。それから京都、名古屋、神戸のマスタードシード教会で仕えた。2025年キリスト聖書神学校（CBS）卒業。自身の始まりの地である埼玉での教会開拓に情熱を持ち、2025年7月に埼玉に引っ越す予定。趣味はスーパーと公園に行くこと。
Takashi is originally from Okinawa, Japan. In 2018, after being called by God while at a cafe near Omiya Station in Saitama, he was led to Mustard Seed Church in Kyoto and was baptized. Since then, he has served at Mustard Seed Churches in Kyoto, Nagoya, and Kobe. He graduated from Christ Bible Seminary in 2025. With a passion for church planting in Saitama, the place where his journey began, he plans to move there in July 2025. He likes visiting supermarkets and parks.
笠原 大聖
Taisei Kasahara

2004年、東京・葛飾区生まれ。高校生のときにキリスト教に出会い、信仰を持ち始め、2年後の2024年にマスタードシード東京でバプテスマを受ける。その後、教会のコミュニティを通して、教会で働くことや教会開拓に関心を持ち始め、2025年よりマスタードシード埼玉でインターンを開始。現在は、教会インターン、アメリカのオンライン大学、そして聖書を教えるサーバントリーダー育成プロジェクト「サムライプロジェクト」に取り組み中。趣味は音楽を聴くこと。彼がヘッドフォンをつけてビートに乗っているときは、呼んでもたぶん聞こえていないでしょう。
Born in 2004 in Katsushika, Tokyo. He encountered Christianity in high school and began his journey of faith. Two years later in 2024, he got baptized at Mustard Seed Christian Church – Tokyo. Through the church community, he developed a growing interest in serving in the church and in church planting. In April 2025, he began an internship at MSCC Saitama. He is currently balancing church ministry, studying at an American online university, and participating in the “Samurai Project,” which focuses on developing servant leaders who can teach the Bible. He enjoys listening to music. If he’s wearing his headphones and grooving to the beat, there’s a good chance he won’t hear you calling.
